Blake Chapman – Agent/Owner
I am proud to say that I was born and raised in Southwest Florida and am a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University. I am a second generation insurance agent and was raised admiring the way my father worked with the highest ethics and integrity. In addition to having my Property and Casualty Insurance License, I am also a State Certified Building Contractor, Roofing Contractor, Home Inspector and a Marshal Swift Residential Trained Appraiser. My wife Lisa and I have five beautiful children and make our home in the Gateway area of Fort Myers. I love coaching T-ball, spending time with family and friends, and being involved in my church. My daily commitment is to love and live like Jesus.
Chris Bell
I was born in Rhode Island, but I am glad to be down in the tropical state of Florida where the sun is always shining! I have a financial background in the digital banking and fraud prevention business and have migrated to the insurance industry. I’m happy to have been given the opportunity to be a part of State Insurance USA, where my potential can expand, while providing the highest level of customer care!
Diane Campbell
I was born and raised in Michigan and moved to beautiful Florida in 2016 with my husband Randy of 28 years. I have been blessed to work for State Insurance USA for over 3 years and am very proud of our core values. Randy and I are blessed to have a blended family of 3 children and 9 grandchildren and our fur baby Scooby. In our spare time we enjoy walking the beach and riding our bikes.
Randy Campbell
I have been working in the insurance business since 2019 after retiring as a U S Postmaster with over 30 years of service. My wife Diane and I have a blended family of 3 children and 9 grandchildren who all reside in Michigan, our former home. I enjoy walking, biking, swimming and cooking. I am also a devout University of Michigan fan going on 50 plus years. We also have a rat terrier named Scooby who is amazing and who also “manages” our household.
Cindy Cantu
Originally from Del Rio, Texas, we moved to Florida when I was two, so I consider myself a Floridian. I live in LaBelle with my husband and three children. I am the typical “soccer mom”, always busy with soccer, volleyball, and cheer. In my free time I love to go dancing or watch my husband and son on stage with their band G5. I have been working in the insurance world since 2001. I am very happy to join a team that is built on great core values. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and learning from such an awesome team here at State Insurance USA.
Josh Chapman
I was born and raised right here in Fort Myers. After high school, I attended the University of Florida in Gainesville and studied Finance. I graduated in 2016, and moved back home to work with my brother Blake. I married my wife Robyn in 2018, and have two children Jax and Lily. I am also an active member of Summit Church in Estero. I’ve been working in insurance since 2015, and love helping people find a quality insurance product at a competitive price. Looking forward to working with you!
Tabatha Colón
I grew up in SWFL and it will always be my home. I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2017 and love being able to help customers navigate through their policies. I spend my free time with my son playing, visiting our family, or reading.
Beth Coon
My background has been in banking, in business development the last couple of years of my banking career. I am honored to be on the Agency Relations team. I am a Florida native; born at Lee Memorial and raised on Ft Myers Beach. I have 3 grown children and 3 beautiful granddaughters. I enjoy cooking, doing all sorts of crafts, being in the sun, reading and spending time with my family and friends.
Vanessa Badel
I was born in the beautiful country of Colombia and raised in the sunny State of Florida. I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2019 and am passionate about helping people in the community. I believe it is my responsibility as to guide each of my clients through their questions and provide the products and knowledge that can serve them best. My commitment to building positive relationships with my clients is the cornerstone of my beliefs. My 2 beautiful children are my motivation to strive and be better everyday.
Gordon Erbenich
I served in the United States Air Force but spent a good share of my life in farming, retail, medical support, and technology companies. I was raised on the West Coast of the United States where I spent most of my life but am now happy to call Southwest Florida home. I love travelling and exploring nature around the world and am pleased to represent Blake Chapman and the team here at State Insurance USA.
Mike Fahnlander
I spent the first 25 years of my life in the awesome state of Montana. I moved to Lee County in 1988. Traveled as a musician for several years and decided to get married and start a family. I have been blessed with a great wife, 3 incredible daughters, and 4 grandkids. I spent 30 years in the Automobile business, and 5 years as Manager of Financial Services for a major Life Insurance company. I moved to Property & Casualty insurance so I could spend more time with my family. I take pride in having the ability to protect people from unexpected catastrophes that could negatively affect the lives, and futures of their family. I’m blessed to work at State Insurance USA. Blake and the gang made me feel like family right from the beginning, and I feel like I have found the place that will allow me to do what I love. Linda Frania
Though born in Massachusetts, I am just 6 months shy of being a true native of Florida. I have been in the insurance industry since 2016 and absolutely love it. I found my niche is in Commercial Insurance, and as a licensed agent, I truly enjoy helping our community’s businesses and artisan contractors with their diverse insurance needs and being a part of State Insurance USA LLC’s Commercial Team is the perfect place to do just that! I have an amazing son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren that I absolutely love and adore. I love my church, spending time with friends and learning the Spanish language. I am a SWFL native, and I absolutely love my community. I have been in the insurance industry since 2015. I strive every day to ensure our customers receive the best customer service while we are protecting their dream. I am a mother of two beautiful children, Oliver Luke and Saylor Mae. My spouse is Eric. You may hear from him at the start of your time here at State Insurance USA. You can catch me at a local farmers market or antique shop. I love playing outside with my kids and enjoying our sunny SWFL!

I have spent my life in sales, marketing, television and public relations, and am proud to represent Blake Chapman and the State Insurance USA team. I was born and raised in Michigan, but have lived in Pennsylvania, Sarasota, and Minnesota, before settling in beautiful Estero. I have a blended family of three children, and seven grown grandchildren. I love spending time with my dachshund/terrier Max and am blessed to have amazing friends and family to share my life with. My passion is travelling the world, cooking and entertaining.

I moved to sunny Florida from snowy Michigan in 2019 with my husband Bud to be near family. We have been married for 30 years and are blessed to have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. I was born and raised in Florida, and I am a proud mother of three beautiful daughters. I have a background in construction contracting, law, and customer service. My passion is music and I have enjoyed singing and serving in church ministry since my youth. I am currently pursuing a degree in Ministerial Leadership through Southeastern University. Here at State Insurance USA, it is a privilege to work with a dedicated team of professionals that put our customers first. I am a born and raised native Floridian, originally from West Palm Beach. I moved to Fort Myers in 2015 to attend FGCU (Wings up, Eagles!), where I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies and a minor in Spanish language. I am a member of Legacy Life Church in Bonita Springs. I love the sunshine and lounging at the beach! In my free time I enjoy photography, drinking coffee, writing letters to friends and family, and bonding with my cat, Peaches Ann Cream. I have lived in Florida since 2004. I feel that I have always been a Florida girl even though I grew up in Illinois, so I call Florida my true home. I have two beautiful daughters who keep me on my toes with their sassy attitudes. My daughters and I are always on the go and full of energy. We spend a lot of time at the beach, pools, and at the parks. We find any excuse to be in the sun. I have been working in the insurance industry since 2014. I really enjoy getting to know my clients and laughing with them about everyday normal things. I have been working for Blake Chapman’s agency in Customer Service since 2019 and I truly love it. The staff is an amazing team and we are more like family than co workers.

I am proud to say that I moved from snowy New York to the incredible state of Florida in 2022 — I have loved it here so much ever since! In my free time I enjoy playing video games, reading, and spending time with family. I have a bachelor’s degree in accounting combined with expansive work history in both human resources and communications, and I am honored to be a part of the Agency Operations team. Amy Scherg
I was born in Alabama but as an Army brat I have lived all over the country and the world. I settled in Wisconsin for 25 years before moving to the Sunshine State and am enjoying every minute of it. I am a mother of 2 and a grandmother of 5. I am a veteran of the Navy Reserves. As the oldest of 5 children, I have spent most of my life in Customer Service. I truly enjoy making sure people are taken care of, it is the greatest aspect of my job, and I am blessed to be here at State Insurance USA which allows me to do that daily. In my spare time I’m just a geek at heart. Even at my age I enjoy online gaming when I’m not at the pool or beach.
Vicki Sparks
I am a Florida native and have lived here most of my life. I had the opportunity to live in the beautiful state of Montana for 20 years, and while there I learned to ski, hunt, and make lots of snow angels with my kids. I have been blessed with four children and nine grandchildren. When I am not working, I am usually spending my free time with my three black cats, Annabelle, Isabelle and Lillybelle, working in my yard or doing puzzles.

I was born in Knoxville, TN and grew up in Fort Myers. Graduated Ft. Myers Sr. High in 1972. I am a mother of 5 children and a grandma of 6 little girls, a great grandma of 3 children, of whom I am very proud. Wife of 30 years to my wonderful husband. I love to sew and do craft shows. I love to make people happy, and I am blessed to be working with State Insurance USA.
Jeremy Drake
I was born and raised right here in Lee County. I graduated from Evangelical Christian School. After graduation I attended Bethany College in West Virginia where I played football and baseball for the Bisons. After school, I moved back to Lee County where I was blessed to have coached football and baseball at Evangelical Christian School. God has truly blessed me in my prior profession where I was able to serve citizens of Lee County. The opportunity of working for State Insurance USA with Blake has been the best decision of my life. A true family atmosphere as God has blessed me with twins (boy and girl). Originally from the Pacific Northwest , State of Oregon. I made my journey and final move to Daytona beach in 2020. I decided to pursue property and casualty insurance in 2021, because I love helping people. I saw a great need for this industry. I moved to Cape Coral in 2023, and I enjoy going to the beach and spending time with my 9-year-old son. I’m a baseball mom and love watching him excel and achieve his goals. Originally from Warren, Ohio, I moved to SWFL when I was five, so I consider myself a Floridian. Looking for a change of scenery I attended The University of Tennessee, while playing on the Football team (Go Vols!) and majoring in Marketing/ Entrepreneurship. After graduation I moved back home to be closer to my family again. When I moved back, I met my lovely wife and expanded the family I have here in SWFL to include hers. As a Florida native, my background and passion has always been intertwined with bringing awareness and elevation to our local community. I’ve had the pleasure and success of working with several local boards, non for profits and local businesses in industries such as insurance, construction, and marketing. On my free time, you can find me somewhere with my camera marveling over our sunsets or getting photographs of the nature in our local parks. This hobby has uplifted my status as an international nature photographer where I’ve had the immense pleasure of several features in exhibits all over the world. I’m excited to now be part of State Insurance USA and to bring success and growth to our team as well as providing peace of mind to our customers and their families.
Rodney Roberts
I am a proud native of the Sunshine State, born and raised in downtown West Palm Beach. Brought up in a single-parent household, my mother taught me the values of hard work, responsibility, education, community service and most of all faith in the Lord. After high school, I was admitted into Florida Gulf Coast University where I earned my B.S. in Management. My background comprises customer service, leadership, sales, and account management from my years of experience in the Logistics and Foodservice industries. It gives me great joy and pleasure to serve here on the State Insurance Commercial Team. We have the BEST team that will provide the BEST service, not only in SWFL but the rest of FL as well!
Katie Jackson
I have many years of insurance experience both with captive agency and on the brokerage side (including working for one of the largest public brokers in the world). I have worked with personal lines (including life and health) as well as commercial lines. I started working in FL insurance after moving from IL in 2021 and dealt exclusively with net worth carriers where top-notch customer service is required. That philosophy stays with me for every client I serve. I love living in SWFL and have 3 very active children. When we aren’t at sports, dance, or guitar lessons, we are most likely enjoying the beautiful waters either on a boat, kayak, paddleboard or shelling on the beach. My favorite part about working at State Insurance USA is how much we give back to the community and the great team I get to work with every day!
Mikayla Jacobs
Although I’ve moved around a bit, Fort Myers is where I grew up and I am proud to consider it my home. When I’m not working you can find me volunteering at church or spending time with my (very big and continuously growing) family! I have 2 biological and 5 adopted siblings. I am blessed to say fostering has been a huge part of my life and holds a very special place in my heart. Music is very important to me as well. You’ll find me singing as often as I can, whether that be at church, in the car, or in the living room with my younger siblings! I was born in the beautiful Island of the Dominican Republic, where I lived most of my life. I moved to Florida in 2018, where I met my husband Jorge and was able to create a beautiful family with our almost 2-year-old boy. I grew up in a Christian-loving environment where GOD was the center of our family, and the core values at State Insurance USA make me feel at home. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, I LOVE spending quality time with my family, and I’m also a handmade jewelry designer and business owner, so when you don’t find me in the kitchen doing all kinds of recipes, I am at my little office. Ashley Moore
I’m proud to say I’m a SWFL native, born, and raised. I have been working in the insurance industry since 2017 and truly love what I do, especially helping my community. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family with most Saturdays spent being a cheer mom to my sassy teenager. When we’re not cheering, we love to go riding, fishing, having cookouts and swimming. They say it’s not work if you love what you do and being a part of the State Insurance USA team has been the best decision I’ve ever made.
